What exactly is the beta?
A small first group getting full access to 90 Next while it’s polished for a wider release. You get the whole app free during the beta, and a direct line to the builder for feedback and requests.
Is it really free?
Yes, free for the duration of the beta. No credit card. If paid plans come later, beta members hear it from us first, with founding-member terms.
What do you need from me to build the plan?
Your goal, sex, age, height, weight, and a sense of how active you are. If you know your maintenance calories from prior tracking, it will use your measured number.
Do I have to track every meal?
No. Just Eat mode plans your week of meals and builds the grocery list with zero tracking. Full tracking is there when you want it.
When do I get in?
Invites go out in small batches, first come first served. You’ll get an email with your access, usually within a couple of weeks of joining the list.
Is this medical advice?
No. 90 Next is a planning and tracking tool, not a medical service. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.
